1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Reply AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Reply AI is a review-management platform that monitors Google Business Profile reviews, generates AI-powered response suggestions, and delivers them to you via WhatsApp for approval before posting.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Google Account Connection

To use the Service, you must connect a Google account with access to one or more Google Business Profiles. By connecting your account, you authorise Reply AI to access your business reviews and post responses on your behalf after you approve them.

5. AI-Generated Responses

Review responses are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided as suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any response before it is posted to your Google Business Profile. Reply AI is not liable for the content of approved responses.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Post responses that are defamatory, fraudulent, or violate the rights of others.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Reply AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create or approve through the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reply AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, reputation, or data.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
